<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a plurality of mobile nodes simultaneously utilize a plurality of communication paths between a position management server and the mobile nodes and a network fault occurs, since the mobile node which is influenced by the network fault does not immediately switch to the other communication path, a number of mobile nodes may fail in communication. <P>SOLUTION: A position management server monitors communication states of mobile nodes to specify a network whereon a fault occurs, and collates this network with position information of the mobile nodes managed by the position management server itself to specify a mobile node having any problem in its communication path. Furthermore, a communication path along which communication is performed is reported so that the mobile nodes recognize the fault. The mobile node recognized the fault is stopped communication along the faulty communication path and switched to communication along another communication path, thereby performing communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
