<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film structure of an ND filter whose spectral transmittance is uniform in the visible range, reducing adverse effects on an image such as ghost, to provide a light intensity reducing device, and to provide a camera having the light intensity reducing device. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-layered anti-reflection layer made of two or more types of films with different refraction indexes is stacked onto a multi-layered film which changes transmitted light quantity by alternately laminating a light absorbing film and a dielectric layer on a first side of a transparent substrate, and a multi-layered anti-reflection layer made of two or more types of films with different refraction indexes is stacked on the other side. By making the first side projected by a stress force as a whole, adverse effect onto an image can be reduced. The ND filter which has flat spectral properties and low reflectance, and the light reducing device and the camera having the ND filter can be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
