PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing structure for a warm air heater preventing generation of smell during operation. SOLUTION: An air blowing course 2 is provided which communicates a front part with a back part of a frame body 1. An indoor convection fan 3 and a warm air blowout port 4 are provided on the back face side and front face side of the frame body 1 in the air blowing course 2, respectively, and a combustion chamber 6 of a burner 5 is arranged within the air blowing course 2. A wind block body 7 for blocking wind of the indoor convection fan 3 is mounted to the periphery of the combustion chamber 6, and the wind block body 7 includes a back face plate 7a positioned between the combustion chamber 6 and the indoor convection fan 3, side plates 7b extended from both ends of the back plate 7a toward the front side of the frame body 1 and a top plate 7c formed at upper ends of the back face plate 7a and the side plates 7b. Wind of the indoor convection fan 3 hits the back face plate 7a of the wind block body 7, is sent to a clearance 8 between the air block body 7 and the air blowing course 2, exchanges heat with the combustion chamber 6 and the wind block body 7 which becomes high temperature by heat of combustion gas to become warm air, and is blown out from the warm air blowout port 4. Thus, the temperature of the combustion chamber 6 surrounded by the wind block body 7 and the combustion gas is not lowered, and generation of smell can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
