PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed active vibration control device for a novel structure, which can attain an inclination preventing function of preventing a movable element from inclining relative to a stator by transmission of a twisting directional external force acting on an exciting member to the movable element without an increase in size while ensuring sufficient durable performance and load resisting performance. SOLUTION: The movable element 84 and the exciting member 62 are disposed to at least partially face each other in the axial direction. A first magnet 114 is disposed on the axially facing surface to the movable element 84 of the exciting member 62, a second magnet 116 is disposed on the axially facing surface to the exciting member 62 of the movable element 84, and an energization means which energizes the movable element 84 and the exciting member 62 to relatively separate from each other in the axial direction by magnetizing the first and second magnets 114 and 116 to replusively act to each other in the facing direction is constituted of the first magnet 114 and the second magnet 116.
