PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bodily fluid treating article which does not allow bodily fluid to leak therefrom even if, particularly, body pressure acts on the article and the posture of the wearer changes, and to provide a wearing article including the bodily fluid treating article. SOLUTION: The bodily fluid treating article 1 is installed on a diaper 2 as the wearing article. At a liner 61 and an outer 62 of the diaper 2, a chassis opening 59 is formed penetrating in the direction of the thickness of these parts. At the liquid absorbing core 71 of an absorbent structure body 70, a liquid absorbent opening 74 is formed penetrating the core 71. The liquid absorbing opening 74 is positioned on top of the chassis opening 59. A valve seat part 20 that forms the bodily fluid treating article 1 is installed at the liquid absorbent opening 74. The outer face 25 of the valve seat part 20 and the liquid absorbent opening 74 are mounted so that they can align with each other. The opening 11 of the accommodation body 10 is exposed to the user body side via the liquid absorbent opening 74, and is formed at a position corresponding to the genitals of a user wearing the article.
