PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of lacking in convenience such as requiring to register a notice every desired day even in the same notice time, since a user can only acquire a change in an operation state in the notice time for desiring the notice of operation information. SOLUTION: This operation state notifying method acquires terminal information for identifying a terminal unit and notice information including at least a use section of traffic facilities, the notice time and a notice day, registers the acquired notice information in a notice information database, takes out the registered notice information from the notice information database, confirms the content of the taken-out notice information, and determines whether or not to retrieve traffic facility information in a traffic facility using section based on the confirmed content.
