<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a cabin in a state of performing deodorization and inactivation of allergen, when a user drives a vehicle by getting on the vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This vehicular electrostatic atomizer is provided with: a discharge electrode 11; a moisture supply means 13 for supplying moisture to the discharge electrode; and a high voltage power source part 15 for electrostatically atomizing the moisture by impressing high voltage on the discharge electrode in a state of supplying the moisture to the discharge electrode, and also is provided with: a storage part 8 for storing operation time information including engine operation starting time; and a control means for starting electrostatic atomizing operation at electrostatic atomizing operation starting time with time of subtracting predetermined time from thee engine operation starting time of the operation time information stored in the storage part as the electrostatic atomizing operation starting time of the next day.
