PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for wall surface attachment which can be well fitted to a wall hanging object to improve the workability in attachment while having rotation preventing function, and a wall hanging structure of a wall hanging object. SOLUTION: The adaptor 100 for wall surface attachment includes an adaptor body 110, a hooking projection part 120, and an elastic protruding part 130. The elastic protruding part 130 is composed of two elastic protruding parts 130a and 130b each having a projection protruding by a predetermined height from the surface of a surface member 111. Each of the elastic protruding parts 130a and 130b is formed in a plate spring shape having cuts in three directions around the projection formed on the surface member 111. An attachment part on the wall hanging object side is a bell crank hole provided on a plate member and having a major hole part and a minor hole part. The adaptor 100 can be well fitted to the wall hanging object without dropping of the hooking projection part 120 out of the bell crank hole, and the wall hanging object can be disposed on the wall by preliminarily installing the wall surface attachment adaptor 100 to the wall hanging object.
