PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp unit mounting structure of a motorcycle which has excellent usability and easiness of handling, in which a head lamp is properly and effectively mounted. SOLUTION: The head lamp unit 10 is mounted through a head lamp brace 11 at the front side of a steering stem unit. A head lamp bulb is detachably fixed inside the head lamp unit 10. The head lamp brace 11 rotatably pivotally supports the head lamp unit 10, and turns the head lamp unit 10 around its turning center.
