<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development excellent in heat durability after fixing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development contains a binder resin, a polymer having an oxidation polymerizable monomer and/or an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, and an oxidation polymerization catalyst. An electrostatic charge image developer using the toner for electrostatic charge image development, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, an image forming method, and an image forming device are provided.
