<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit which can artificially simulate a load situation without installing a variable current supply existing in a tester required for conducting a response test at the time of load current fluctuation and to provide a power supply device and a power supply control method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When an output voltage of the power supply device is controlled by supplying power with a periodical switching operation, a load simulation part adds an offset value to a periodical fluctuation signal or an adjustment reference signal corresponding to a power supply period by the switching operation in accordance with a differential voltage of an output voltage against a target voltage.
