<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding thin plate moldings in which at least two cavities are arranged between a fixed mold and a movable mold, and a gate is formed at the end of each cavity and which, when a plurality of the thin plate moldings are molded simultaneously, can mold each of the thin plate moldings in a good condition by a simple adjustment, an injection molding machine, and an injection molding method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the mold 11 in which at least two cavities 14a and 14b are arranged between the fixed mold 13 and the movable mold 12, and the gate P3 is formed at the end of each cavity 14a, or 14b, blocks 17, 22, and 42 which constitute cavity-forming surfaces 23 and 43a and can be exchanged or repaired and molten resin flow control parts 19a and 19b which intercept or adjust the passage of a molten resin to the cavities 14a and 14b are provided, and the molten resin flow control parts 19a and 19b are controlled individually.
