PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner in which an external additive containing inorganic fine particles is fixed on toner particles, and the inorganic fine particles show good properties, particularly good transferability without falling off over a long period of time, so that a stably high-resolution electrophotographic process can be provided, and to provide a toner container of the excellent toner, a developer, an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The electrostatic latent image developing toner includes: at least toner particles containing a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent; and an external additive. The external additive includes a first external additive in which at least inorganic fine particles having a volume average particle diameter of 50-500 nm are coated with a resin, and a second external additive having a volume average particle diameter of 5 to <50 nm. The toner has been subjected to heat treatment after external addition treatment for adding at least the toner particles and the first external additive. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
