PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tea leaf wine using tea leaf and tea flower is provided to produce wine containing polyphenols, flavonols and vitamin with tea flavor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing tea leaf wine using tea leaf and tea flower comprises: a step of drying tea leaves; a step of fermenting the tea leaf; a step of mixing fermented tea leaf and sugar in a ratio of 1:1 and storing for 30-60 days to obtain extract; a step of mixing tea leaf extract and tea flower extract in a ratio of 10:1; a step of adjusting specific gravity by 1.15; and a step of fermenting solution containing tea leaf extract, tea flower extract, and grape juice. |
