PROBE CARD

PURPOSE: A probe card is provided to firmly fix a guide block on the probe substrate by welding the fixation pin through the penetration hole formed in the guide block with the probe substrate. CONSTITUTION: A probe member(110) has a contact unit(112) contacting with a test material. The probe member is attached to the single-side of a probe substrate(120) and is stood up. A guide block(130) comprises a first through hole(132) and a second through hole(134). The guide block supports the probe member. A fixed pin(140) is inserted into the second through hole of the guide block and is welded on the probe substrate in order to clinch the guide block on the probe substrate.
