CASTING METHOD FOR EXTREAMLY LOW TEMPERATURE VALVE

PURPOSE: A casting method for an ultralow temperature valve is provided to prevent the blockage of an inlet of a wax model during continuous coating of a ceramic shell on the wax model by filling gel in the wax model. CONSTITUTION: A casting method for an ultralow temperature valve comprises the steps of: preparing a wax model(110), coating a ceramic shell(130) on the wax model, coating the ceramic shell several times on the wax model and injecting filling gel(150) in the cavity of the wax model, recoating a ceramic shell on the exterior of the wax model with the filling gel injected so as to form a mold, melting the wax model and the filling gel in the mold, injecting the molten metal in the mold, and removing the mold.
