PURPOSE: A container cap having a structure for containing an additive is provided to prevent the size and height of the cap from additionally increasing by being inserted into the opening of a container without being protruded and to enable a user to safely handle the container cap. CONSTITUTION: A container cap having a structure for containing an additive comprises: a single pipe(10) which is protruded to be downwardly directed on the inner side of the cap(1); upper and lower hanging protrusion(20,20') which are protruded on the outer circumference of the single pipe; a motive sawteeth part which is included on the lower end of the single pipe; an additive container which is connected to the single pipe and is fitted into the opening(V') of the container(V); and a cutout member which is connected to the cap and selectively cut the bottom of the additive container.
