<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power consumption of an overall system while securing communication stability. <P>SOLUTION: A master base station 10 monitors the resource use-status and operation status of a slave base station 20 every 15 seconds, records them in a daily status control table, and stores the 4-week's update in a base station use-status control database 101. Therewith, the master base station 10 creates seven summary tables summed up corresponding to each day of the week and stores the resource status value and operation status value of the status control table in the base station use-status control database 101. Here, when recording the monitored result in the status control table, the master base station 10 refers to the summary table corresponding to the day of the week and controls the operation of the slave base station 20 based on the summed data. If a power source 23 is controlled to transit from a power ON state to a power OFF state, the status control table and the summary table are created or updated on the data reflecting the result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
