PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for reporting the position of the area where an radio wave environment deteriorates.

SOLUTION: An antenna 50 to a processing part 56 report a signal including a positioned existence position, and receive a signal including the existence position of another radio equipment from the another radio equipment. A measuring part 82 measures a radio wave environment. A storage control part 80 stores the positioned existing position in a storing part 86 if the measured radio wave environment deteriorates. A specifying part 84 specifies timing at which the existing position stored in the storing part 86 should be notified. The antenna 50 to the processing part 56 report a signal including the existence position stored in the storing part 86 at the specified timing.
