<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device reducing data corruption that may occur when a detachable storage medium is attached/detached. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that an engine switch 20 is set from "ACC on" to "ACC off", a control part 10 locks a cover 32 at a closed position until finalization including data backup to a storage medium SD is completed, and releases the locked state of the cover 32 at the closed position after the finalization is completed. Also, the control part 10 does not access the storage medium SD when it is determined that the storage medium SD is not mounted on a mounting part 15, or when it is determined that the cover 32 is not closed even when it is determined that the storage medium SD is mounted on the mounting part 15, and locks the cover 32 at the closed position when it is determined that the cover 32 is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
