PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of a heat sink by fixing a heat transfer member at outer circumference or at a part of outer circumference of the casing of an air blower to enlarge heat exchange area with the air in a part of the casing where wind pressure is high. SOLUTION: The heat sink includes a heat transfer member (62) that transfers heat from a heat generating component and that is fixed at outer circumference of the casing (60) at the same height as that of blades, and a centrifugal air blower having a cover, which holds the blades and a drive motor, and a casing made of a highly heat-conductive material. The thickness of the bottom base of the heat sink is made thicker at and near the heat exchange part of the heat transfer member (62), and is made thinner as being apart therefrom.
