PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tetrazoyl oxime derivative and a salt thereof each having an excellent controlling effect on plant diseases, and a controlling agent for plant diseases. SOLUTION: There are provided a tetrazoyl oxime derivative represented by formula (1), a salt thereof, and a controlling agent for plant diseases comprising at least one species selected therefrom as an effective component. In formula (1), X represents a halogen or the like, n1 represents an integer of 0 to 5, A represents a substituted tetrazolyl group, and Het represents a substituted pyridyl group or a substituted 1,3-thiazolyl group.
