PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair-type stretching machine capable of favorably providing a stretching exercise. SOLUTION: A seat section 15 is provided with a flexible cover member 15b for covering the upper face sides of airbags 21 and 22 as stretching means, and the cover member 15b is so formed that its rear end is fixed to a rear side of a seat-section body 15a and its front end side is movably configured.
