PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating seat device for a vehicle including a simple and inexpensive peeling prevention mechanism enhanced in safety performance by improving mechanical strength in relation to a peeling load of a seat including a rotating mechanism and a moving mechanism. SOLUTION: The rotating seat device includes a lower rail 3 and an upper rail 4, a rotary plate 5 supported by a rotary plate lower rail 51 on the upper rail 4, a seat frame supported by the rotary plate 5 and having a belt anchor at a rear side, and a peeling prevention mechanism 7 provided in a load receiving member (load anchor pin 71) erected upward on the upper rail 4 and at a rear side of a bottom surface of the rotary plate 5 and having a hook member 77 engaged with the load receiving member 71.
