PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male urine pad suitable for carrying, being compactly folded, and easily put on when used. SOLUTION: The male urine pad 1a includes an absorptive body 14 having an absorber 22, a top sheet 18 and a back sheet 20. The absorptive body 14 is folded at two or more parts to have a width equivalent to 20-50% of the maximum width when spread, by at least two bending lines 62 formed along one direction X. One end 52 side is provided with a bend maintaining part 42 for maintaining the bent state of the absorptive body 14, and a recessed space 46 is formed on the arranged surface 18a side of the top sheet 18 of the absorptive body 14 by releasing the folded state while maintaining a partial bent state by the bend maintaining part 42 during use.
