PURPOSE: A foot heater is provided, which can enhance use convenience since the foot heater automatically controls cooling. CONSTITUTION: A foot heater comprises: a foot heater box(30) which has a space part and in which a hot plate is installed; an outer case(20) in which a foot heater box is hinge-coupled to be rotatable; a buffer member(40) which is installed between the outer case and foot heater box and elastically supports the foot heater box; a plurality of ventilation holes(32-2,32-3); a cooling fan(35-1) in which the internal air is circulated and cooled; and a thermoelectric semiconductor(35-2) cooling the hot plate. |
