IMAGE CREATION DEVICE, IMAGE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, AND IMAGE CREATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image creation device which distributes advertisement information according to the kind of a terminal device to receive it.

SOLUTION: Based on original data on electronic fliers having various advertisement information, the image creation device creates the data on the electronic fliers to be displayed on various display devices. The image creation device includes a storage unit for storing the original data on the electronic fliers; a creation unit for processing and creating the data of the electronic fliers and creating data in accordance with each of the various terminal devices, so that the terminal devices display the data of the electronic fliers; and a distribution unit for distributing the data created by the creation unit to the terminal devices.
