<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical imaging device for acquiring a tomographic image additionally while acquiring a two-dimensional image with high sensitivity and contrast in real time. <P>SOLUTION: Light beams from light sources 1, 2 are scanned by a galvano-mirror 10a and keep a predetermined site 15b of an object to be observed 15 irradiated through an object lens 14. Reflected beams from the object are scanned again by the galvano-mirror 10a and thus, a two-dimensional image is obtained through an imaging device 25. A measuring means composed of the interference optical system 32 of OCT is branched or combined in the optical path between an object lens 14 and the galvano-mirror 10a, and then the tomographic image of the object is obtained. This structure enables simultaneous displays of the two-dimensional image and the tomographic image of the object on a display 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
