<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device that can be downsized. <P>SOLUTION: An upper control valve 3 and a lower control valve 4 each include an oil path having a groove part 12B, 12C. A sandwich structure is employed so that a wiring plate 1 is sandwiched between the upper control valve 3 and the lower control valve 4.
