<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for spreading the base part side in an approximately triangle-formed croissant dough widely in right and left direction. <P>SOLUTION: This method for spreading an approximately triangle-formed food dough comprises the process of widening a slit S formed at the base side central part of the food dough 1, the process of spreading the base part side of both side directions of the spread slit S in both side outer directions, and the process of spreading the top part side portion of the food dough 1 to the top part side. The device for the same is equipped with: a slit-widening device 5 equipped with a pair of dough-holding members 5L, 5R holding both side directional positions of the slit S formed at the base side central part of the approximately triangle-formed food dough 1 and capable of freely traveling in alienating directions with each other; a first spreading device 7 equipped with a pair of spreading rollers 103L, 103R, compressing the base part side of both side directions of the widened slit S widened by the slit-widening device 5 and freely traveling in both side outer directions with each other; and a second spreading device 9 spreading the triangle-formed top part side portion from the part spread by the above first spreading device 7 to the top part side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
