<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card which is suppressed in a variation of a thickness, and to provide the non-contact IC card which is suppressed in appearance defect such as distortion and breaks. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact IC card comprises an inlet having an IC module and an antennal coil on an antenna base material at least and a card base material stuck to the front and back of the inlet.
