<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC data correcting method and apparatus for restoring a curved surface of a work shape only from NC data without referring to CAD data of the work shape and for correcting the NC data from the curved surface. <P>SOLUTION: In the NC data correcting method and apparatus for correcting the NC data of the work shape prepared for a machining path of a machine tool without using the CAD data of the work shape, all the NC data are read and decomposed for each machining path (steps S1, S2), an adjacent path table comprising the machining paths adjacent to each other is prepared (steps S3, S4), one curved surface is restored using the NC data of all the machining paths belonging to one adjacent path table to restore the curved surfaces for all the adjacent path tables (step S15), and the position of the NC data is corrected on the restored curved surface (step S16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
