<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for appropriately securing a speaker arrangement space in a place other than an operation surface and also excellently transmitting sound to be emitted from the speaker to a user concerning a portable communication terminal having an optical information reading function and a non-contact communication function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal 1 stores an optical information reading means and a non-contact communication means inside a case 2. The terminal 1 includes the speaker 12 on the rear surface side of the case 2, and an echo member 50 is arranged in a state to cover the speaker 12. In the rear surface part 60 of the case 2, grooves 61 arranged from the speaker to sidewalls are formed, and cavities 71 obtained by covering the speaker 12 with an echo portion 51 and ducts 72 obtained by covering the grooves 61 with sound guide portions 52 are formed so as to be communicable.
