<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier simulation device that reduces a processing load of the simulation of interaction between carriers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The carrier simulation device simulating interaction caused by a collision between carriers defines a distribution function of the carriers based on energy and a time as variables as a function based on carrier density and a collision time interval per carrier, and simulates carrier interaction by setting the energy and time being variables as discrete values and setting values of the distribution function of the carriers as a set of a finite number of numerals, it is preferred that a right-left asymmetrical distribution of probabilities of the generation of the carriers each having new energy by interaction by a collision between the carriers having arbitrary energy approximates right-left symmetry and the distribution function of the carriers is defined using a function excluding transition of the carriers to a prohibited band.
