<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite structural textured yarn suitable for a fabric which is comfortable in wearing, relieving stickiness during perspiration in physical exercise, or the like, cold feeling after the exercise while having an excellent quick drying property, and to provide a fabric produced by at least partially using the composite structural textured yarn. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyester-based composite structural textured yarn is a sheath-core type composite structural textured yarn composed of two kinds of polyester-based multifilaments, wherein a polyester-based multifilament with a crimp elongation rate of 1% or less forms a core portion, while a flat polyester-based multifilament with a crimp elongation rate of 2% or more and a flat degree of single-filament cross-section with a depression forms the sheath part of 2.0-4.0 forms a sheath portion. Further, the composite structural textured yarn has a boiling-water shrinkage of 4% or less, and a partial entanglement of 50-200 pieces/m in number. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
