<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved suspension tower bar to be attached to a suspension tower of a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the suspension tower bar 1, because a bar main part 2 attached to the suspension tower has an upper face plate 4 and a bottom face plate 5 and the front face and the back face of the bar main part 2 are arranged with a front face reinforcement 6a and a back face reinforcement 7a spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction respectively articulating the front part and the rear part of the upper face plate 4 and the bottom face plate 5, the compressive strength of the suspension tower bar 1 in a vertical direction is reduced. Therefore, for example, when a load is applied in the vertical direction, the hollow bar main part 2 is compressed to be deformed in the vertical direction. The compressive deformation of the bar main part absorbs and relaxes an impact of the vertical load. Thus, the suspension tower bar 1 can improve its impact absorbing power against the vertical load.
