<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low table removably mounting a heat retainer to the periphery of the lower side of a top plate further simply and quickly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This low table 10 includes: the top plate 14; leg parts 16 supporting the top plate 14; the heat retainer 20 for surrounding to have a predetermined annular shape to cover the lower periphery of the top plate 14; and a mounting structure 22 for removably fitting the heat retainer 20 on the lower surface side of the top plate 14. The mounting structure 22 includes: a winding part 24 disposed on the lower surface side of the top plate 14, on which the heat retainer 20 is wound; fastening means 36 for fastening the heat retainer 20 to the winding part 24; and a holding portion 30 disposed to project outward of the winding part 24 for retaining the heat retainer 20 wound around the winding part 24 so as not to slip downward.
