<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined harvester capable of operating the machine body in manual threshing work, and inhibiting misoperation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The combined harvester includes a traveling unit installing an engine, a reaping section, a threshing device, a remote controller 90, a controller mounting section 91, and a function changeover switch 98. The remote controller 90 is able to operate at least the advance or reverse operation of the traveling unit. The remote controller 90 is detachably fitted on the controller mounting section 91. The function changeover switch 98 detects that the remote controller 90 is fitted on the controller mounting section 91. The operation by the remote controller 90 is effective only when detecting that the remote controller 90 is fitted on the controller mounting section 91 and the function changeover switch 98 is pushed.
