<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet capable of improving degrees of freedom of an arranging position and a toilet unit in which the cabinet is arranged. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a side cabinet 10, a door 12 vertically moves in relation to a cabinet body 11, and the door 12 can be opened and closed without protruding toward the front face side. Accordingly, since the door 12 can be opened and closed even if the space on the front face side of the side cabinet 10 is narrow, the degrees of freedom of the arranging position can be improved when arranging the side cabinet 10 in a toilet T which is a narrow room.
