PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink, a cooling structure and a cooling method of a heat generation source by which excellent cooling performance is obtained even if an obstacle exists at a windward side. SOLUTION: The heat sink emits heat transmitted from a heat generation source to an air flow which passes along a fin 13 raised from a base 14 via the fin 13, and is provided with an air duct 12 extended from a body 11 with the base 14 and the fin 13 in the flowing direction of the air flow wherein the body 11 and the air duct 12 present shapes of approximate cracks, and the fin 13 is extended to the air duct 12.
