PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the holding force of a cover member while improving the assembling workability thereof. SOLUTION: In the attachment structure of cover member for locking and attaching a cover member 30 covering an opening part 10 in an openable and closable manner to the periphery of the opening part, biasing mechanisms 16 and 16 for biasing the cover member from the reverse side to the surface side with the cover member being attached are provided between the cover member and the periphery of the opening part, and a recessed fitting part 34 opened to the surface side is provided on one side edge of the cover member, the recessed fitting part being fitted to and locked by a projecting locking part 18 on the periphery of the opening part from the reverse side to the surface side. The cover member is biased from the reverse side to the surface side by the biasing mechanisms in a state where the recessed fitting part is fitted to and locked by the projecting locking part on the periphery of the opening part from the reverse side to the surface side.
