PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is needed to enlarge a shortened capacity electrode in order to attenuate signals in a frequency band which is the triple of a pass band when the shortened capacity electrode is simply added and the miniaturization of a band-pass filter is difficult. SOLUTION: The band-pass filter 1 is provided with: a dielectric substrate 5 where a plurality of dielectric layers 3 are laminated and a main surface and a back surface are provided; a resonator electrode 7 embedded in the dielectric substrate; a capacity electrode positioned more on the back surface side than the resonator electrode and embedded in the dielectric substrate; the shortened capacity electrode (first shortened capacity electrode) positioned more on the back surface side than the capacity electrode and embedded in the dielectric substrate; a first connection conductor for electrically connecting the resonator electrode and the capacity electrode; and a second connection conductor for electrically connecting the capacity electrode and the shortened capacity electrode. In the planar view of the capacity electrode, the connection part with the first connection conductor and the connection part with the second connection conductor are separated from each other.
