PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe angle automatic adjusting device of a vehicle and a control method therefor, capable of determining whether the toe angle after being adjusted coincides with a target value of the toe angle in a short time and accurately without making one revolution of a tire. SOLUTION: On the results of measurement of each toe angleθ<SB>1</SB>toθ<SB>4</SB>according to the toe angle measurement device 1, a control device 21 calculates each reference waveform P<SB>1</SB>to P<SB>4</SB>showing a change in variation of each toe angleθ<SB>1</SB>toθ<SB>4</SB>in each rotation phase while each of tires 11, 12, 13, 14 makes one revolution, sets each target waveform Q<SB>1</SB>to Q<SB>4</SB>showing a target value of each toe angleθ<SB>1</SB>toθ<SB>4</SB>in each rotation phase, and determines that each toe angle current valueθn<SB>1</SB>toθn<SB>4</SB>reaches a target valueθ<SB>set</SB>when the measurement results (each toe angle current valueθn<SB>1</SB>toθn<SB>4</SB>) according to the toe angle measurement device 1 while each tire 11, 12, 13, 14 is in optional rotation phase R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>coincide with a waveform in optional rotation phase R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>of each target waveform Q<SB>1</SB>to Q<SB>4</SB>.
