PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe angle automatic adjusting device of a vehicle and a control method therefor, capable of determining whether the toe angle after being adjusted coincides with a target value of the toe angle in a short time and accurately without making one revolution of a tire. SOLUTION: On the results of measurement of each toe angleθ1toθ4according to the toe angle measurement device 1, a control device 21 calculates each reference waveform P1to P4showing a change in variation of each toe angleθ1toθ4in each rotation phase while each of tires 11, 12, 13, 14 makes one revolution, sets each target waveform Q1to Q4showing a target value of each toe angleθ1toθ4in each rotation phase, and determines that each toe angle current valueθn1toθn4reaches a target valueθsetwhen the measurement results (each toe angle current valueθn1toθn4) according to the toe angle measurement device 1 while each tire 11, 12, 13, 14 is in optional rotation phase R1to R4coincide with a waveform in optional rotation phase R1to R4of each target waveform Q1to Q4.
