<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of executing performances using reels without disturbing a player's action of stopping reels. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A slot machine 10 includes a housing 11, and a front door 12 which is provided in front of the housing 11 and is openably/closably supported on one side of the housing 11. When a start lever 71 provided at a substantially central left of the front door 12 is operated, the reels 42L, 42M and 42R which are visible through display windows 31L, 31M and 31R start rotating. The reels 42L, 42M and 42R corresponding to the respective stop switches 72-74 are adapted to stop when stop switches 72-74 are operated. Here, in a period till the reels 42L, 42M and 42R reach a state of constant velocity, a performance control such as alignment of the same symbols on the reels 42L, 42M and 42R same is executed.
