PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which the actual utilization form of mail can be easily recognized. SOLUTION: A table which connects and manages the transmission party name and reception party name of mail is referred to, and the utilization condition of the mail is analyzed from the input operation history information of the mail.
