摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-antigenic branched polymer exhibiting a circulation life span extended in in-vivo and to provide a method for forming a biologically active conjugate produced from the polymer and a biologically active molecule such as protein or peptide. SOLUTION: There are provided the method for forming the polymer using as a bonding site substantially a few sites on a biologically active substance chemically modified by a reaction of methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol) acid and a diamino compound, a method for conjugating the polymer and a biological active moiety, and a method for using the conjugate.
