PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear machining device that reduces mechanical vibration by reducing a transmission member such as a gear so as to achieve precise machining. SOLUTION: The gear machining device includes: a housing 2 supported around the vertical axis so as to be turnable; a drive source stored in the housing 2; a main spindle 23 horizontally extending in the housing 2 so as to be rotated around its axis by the drive source; and a gear-shaped cutter 3 detachably supported to the main spindle 23.
