THE METHOD FOR REFINING OILS USING DNA ON SOLID SUPPORT CATALYST AND REFINED OILS THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for refining fat and oils using DNA catalyst, which is dipped in a solid support, is provided to remove carcinogenic substances including benzopyrene and PAHs suing the catalyst in which DNA is effectively immobilized on a carrier and to be applied to conventional refining facilities. CONSTITUTION: A method for refining fat and oils using DNA catalyst extracts oil raw materials including animal raw materials and vegetable raw materials in a non-refining state through an oil expression method. Carcinogenic substances contained in the extracted oil are eliminated using the DNA catalyst which is dipped in a solid support and is manufactured by irradiating radiation the solid support after drying the solid support dipped in a DNA solution at 60- 150°C for 1-24 hours. The solid support is selected from activated carbon, activated carbon fiber, or activated coke.
