PURPOSE: A control-voltage generation-circuit and an operational amplifier including the same are provided to obtain a constant voltage gain and a constant bandwidth by eliminating the nonlinear characteristic that a voltage gain for a small-signal differential mode is varied. CONSTITUTION: A first voltage-current converting circuit(MP11) generates a first outputting current. According to a first control-voltage, the fist outputting current is controlled. A second voltage-current converting circuit(MN12) generates a second outputting current. According to a second control-voltage, the second outputting current is controlled. Constant-current source is connected between an outputting terminal and a ground. A third voltage-current converting circuit generates a third outputting current. A control-voltage is outputted from the outputting terminal. |
