PURPOSE: A method for managing energy of a green building is provided to remotely check and automatically calculate the amount of energy consumption of an energy consumption device, thereby managing detected data through a management cycle. CONSTITUTION: An energy consumption device remotely checks and automatically calculates a used amount of energy consumption. The calculated data is transmitted to a user network through a gateway. The transmitted data is classified according to energy measurement items. Correlation between the recorded data and the energy consumption amount/operating performance of equipment is analyzed. It is determined whether dispersion for the analyzed data belongs to a range of reference values.
